At Activist Edibles Shop, we prioritize fast, safe, and completely discreet shipping for all orders within the UK. This Shipping Policy details our dispatch timelines, packaging standards, and delivery procedures.

1. 100% Discreet Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy when ordering online. All items—including our 500mg Activist Edibles, gummies, and specialty products—are packed using the following standards:

  • Plain Exterior: Delivered in plain, unbranded padded envelopes or plain cardboard boxes.

  • No Product Labels: The outside of the package carries only your name and address. There is no mention of “edibles,” “cannabis,” or our shop name on the label.

  • Odor-Proof Packaging: Products are sealed in airtight, smell-proof barrier packaging to ensure total privacy and freshness during transit.

2. Delivery Options & Rates

3. Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Same-Day Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Holidays: Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and link. You can use this tracking link to check the live status of your parcel at any time.

5. Shipping Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Delayed Packages: While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional carrier delays can occur. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your tracking code, contact us at support@activistediblesshop.co.uk.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence so we can issue a replacement or resolution.
